How much commission can I earn from marketing through Red Returns?

Revenue Share Commission

How often am I paid?
Payments are made on the 5th working day of each month for the previous month's earnings, providing that payment is more than $100.

How do I keep track of my earnings?
We provide in depth online statistical reports that are easily accessible, and just require you to log into your affiliate account.

Are negative balances carried forward?
Negative carryover is not a feature of the Red Returns affiliate program, all negative balances at month end will be zeroed for the start of the following month.

What can I do if a big player wipes out my earnings?
We offer you the option to quarantine a big winner and get paid for the rest of your player’s revenue in same month.

It works like this: If a player has a big win and you choose to earn the commission from the rest of your player’s, send us a request to quarantine the player. The player will remain in quarantine until the negative revenue is played back. The player is then returned to your player base. As you have access to the player account number in our reports you will be able to see the return of the player.

What happens if my player wins a progressive jackpot?
Progressive Jackpot wins have no effect on your affiliate revenue.

How is my commission paid?
Commission payments shall be effected by one of the following methods:

• Cheque,
• Swift,
• EcoCard,
• Moneybookers,
• Click2pay,
• Instadebit,
• UseMyWallet (US only).
• It is the responsibility of the affiliate to select the method of payment.

What happens in the event of a chargeback?
"Charge-back" means the successful dispute of a purchase transaction by a Player, bank, or processing institution resulting in the reversal of the purchase by such a Player. Unfortunately there are a small percentage of players that abuse this system and as there is no signature when making a deposit some players claim they never made the purchase. Red Flush and Casino La Vida take every possible measure to prevent chargeback abuse, however in the unlikely event that they occur the amount will be deducted from the affiliate’s revenue.

What types of marketing tools are available to me?
We offer a wide range of banners in the creative tools section that can be accessed once logged in. If you require something that is not available in the creative area please request it from your account manager.

Where do I find marketing tools?
Once logged in you will have access to the creative section.

How does account tracking and reporting work?
How am I linked to a player that I refer? The banners or text links you display on your site advertising Red Flush and Casino La Vida have your unique affiliate ID. When a visitor clicks any of these banners or text links he/she is referred to Red Flush and Casino La Vida and you are credited as having sent the visitor to the web site. If the visitor downloads the software and registers an account your affiliate ID is linked to the new player. You earn commission of all their future net losses.

What is the linking code that I use when directing traffic to the online casinos?
You are assigned a unique affiliate ID when you sign up to Red Returns. For your convenience your unique affiliate ID is placed in all the links provided in the marketing material. Your affiliate ID ensures that we know the customer has come from your web site.

How do I keep track of my performance?
We provide in depth online statistical reports that are easily accessible. Our reports allow you to evaluate and optimize your performance, as they provide all the information you need.

Spam
Spam is Illegal. Spam laws may vary from country to country; however, Red Returns has strict rules regarding spam and prohibits spamming of any type. We will terminate the affiliate agreement immediately if there is any form of spamming or if you advertise our products and brands in any other way that contravenes our Terms and Conditions

If you believe you have received spam from a Red Returns affiliate, please send a copy to spamreport@redreturns.com.
